Mr. Soji Nakagai believes that the essence of regional revitalization is "countermeasures against population decline," and for five terms and 20 years, he has been attracting attention both from within Japan and overseas, aiming to make Toyooka a small global city that is respected and admired by people around the world, despite its small population, under the banner of "Let's make Toyooka a small global city!" Why not learn about the town development and regional revitalization of Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, a small global city that is attracting attention from the world for more than just the reintroduction of storks into the wild?

■Talk session 15:10-15:55
