Product name: Collectors No.9 Fermentacion ~Fermentation~
Type: red
Taste: Slightly dry
Alcohol content: 10%
Capacity: 720ml
Variety used: Sera town grapes [Japanese wine]
Price: 1,500 yen
==================================
The carbon dioxide gas produced during fermentation causes the fruit to float, so the process of breaking it down and letting it sink is repeated. By doing so, we will extract all the components of the fruit into the wine.
This time's wine is a dry wine. The result of careful brewing is a red wine with just the right amount of astringency, acidity, and fruit. It has a light taste and is a brand that goes well with Japanese dishes such as kakuni and teriyaki.

    ~January 17, 2023 (Fire)
The 2023 “Great Cold Day” will be Friday, January 20th.
In Feng Shui, it is said that eating eggs laid on a cold day will improve your health and financial luck.
In the past, chickens stopped laying eggs in the winter due to the cold weather.
Therefore, the precious eggs were very expensive at the time and were not available to the common people.

It is also said that the eggs that are laid in the cold are rich in nutrients, and that eating them will keep you healthy for a year.
Concentrated nutrition! Why not take advantage of this opportunity to eat cold eggs, which are lucky charms that bring you luck with money and good health?
