It was founded in 2010 by a Spanish and Japanese couple who renovated a 160-year-old private house. We serve authentic Spanish Valencia paella using home-grown rice and seasonal vegetables from Sera. The chewy, stone-oven pizza made slowly with only wheat, water, and salt is also popular. We are particular about the ingredients we use, such as pork and chicken from Akigawa Farm in Yamaguchi Prefecture, which are made with 100% non-GMO feed, and Spanish ham from Sera eggs and cured with only salt and meat!
