Birthplace of Ms. Kotaka Otsuma

It was originally located in the Hisae area of Sera Town (currently the bottom of the Mikawa Dam lake), but was relocated with the construction of the Mikawa Dam, which began in 1944. It has now been renovated into a dining facility.

Kozan Historic Sites and Famous Places Tradition Preservation Society

A conservation group that handles environmental maintenance and events centered around the Hiroshima prefecture historic sites of Ryukaji Temple and Nyu Shrine on Mt. Koya. The Koshiroyama Observation Deck, the 88-point promenade, and the illuminated approach to the shrine are perfect for a stroll. Enjoy each season, including cherry blossom viewing in the spring and Japanese music concerts and the Otanosho Festival in the fall.

Now Mt. Koya

“Ima Koyasan” is a designated historic site in Hiroshima Prefecture. The cherry blossoms in spring and the autumn leaves are spectacular, and it is also a popular photo spot. Otanosho History Museum

A museum that records the rise and fall of Ota no Sho, one of the most notable historical sites in Sera Town. It is now located at the foot of Mt. Koya, and many related materials and cultural assets are stored there.

Shushanyuan

The temple stands on a hill in Sera town, where Sera High School, a powerhouse in relay races, is located.Idaten, the god of swift feet, is enshrined within the temple grounds, and track and field athletes often visit the temple to worship. At the Idatenko Shoe Memorial Ceremony, which is held on the second Saturday of November every year, we hold a ceremony to honor shoes that have arrived from all over the country. Every year, the shoes of athletes who have been active around the world are also dedicated, and the shoes of Japan's leading runners, such as Yuko Arimori and Naoko Takahashi, are gathered here.
