~Sera Daiho Farm's Special Points~
The pears are grown without bags (this method results in higher vitamin C and sugar content even if the fruit looks a little worse). At night, the entire farm is lit up with yellow lights called "moth repellent lights" to protect the fruit from moths. The fantastic scenery lit by about 1,700 lights has become a seasonal feature of the Sera Plateau and has been selected as one of the 87 best lighted landscapes in Hiroshima Prefecture. This vast fruit farm has also won the Grand Prize at the 30th Japan Agriculture Awards.
*Since the harvest yield is affected by weather conditions, etc., it is not possible to specify a date (time can be specified).
*If you purchase multiple items, additional shipping charges will apply.
\Sera Highlands Farm: A summer tradition: freshly harvested corn/
We deliver delicious sweet corn grown using high-quality compost on the Sera Highlands, located at an altitude of 500 meters and with a large temperature difference between day and night, harvested in the morning when its sugar content is at its highest!
This is a limited quantity item and must be reserved.
Scheduled shipping: Shipped sequentially from August 8, 2024

This variety is called " Miel Corn " and is characterized by its thin kernel skin and very sweet flavor.
"Miel" is French for "sweet like honey," and its crisp, juicy taste and texture makes you feel like you are eating sweet fruit.
Enjoy the popping texture of the grains and their honey-like sweetness!
● Recommended way to eat
Leave one thin layer of skin on and microwave for 5 minutes (leaving the skin on will prevent the sweetness and nutrients from escaping)!
Enjoy the whole, fluffy and tender piece.
●How to save
The sweetness of the sweet corn will decrease rapidly, so eat it as soon as you receive it!
If you have any leftovers, cook them and store them. Or, leave the skin on and wrap them in plastic wrap, stand them upright, and store them in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator.
●Expiration date guideline
Fresh corn (refrigerated) - 3 to 4 days
Boiled corn...2-3 days
Frozen corn: about 1 month
*Number of days from harvest date
*To maintain the sugar content, boil or freeze the product immediately upon arrival.
~Emotional Sera's summer, delicious food and new type sour~
Restaurants and liquor stores that love Sera Town will team up to prepare a fun time.
People from outside Sera Town are also welcome! Anyone can participate!
