Maple (now Mount Koya)
(2024/10/30 Update)
Imakoyasan is a historic site designated by Hiroshima Prefecture. The cherry blossoms in spring and the autumn leaves are beautiful, making it a popular photo spot. In the vicinity is Ryugeji Temple, which is said to have been founded by Kobo Daishi in the Heian period, and many cultural assets related to the temple remain, such as the Daishido Hall, Anrakuin Temple, and barrier stones. Take a stroll through the heartwarming scenery and let your thoughts wander back to the distant past.
