[Eat-in corner] Chap-yaki bowl
Chap is a dish made by grilling pork shoulder loin and seasoning it with yakitori sauce, and is a local delicacy loved by the citizens of Asahikawa, which used to have a thriving pig farming industry.
``Chap-yaki bowl'', which is a hearty way to eat chap-yaki over rice, is recommended by the person in charge at the local roadside station Asahikawa.
The special sauce, Hokkaido sasa pork, and Sera's new rice make for an exquisite bowl of rice.

Ice temperature drying Atka mackerel (large) approx. 300g
Atka mackerel caught in the waters near Wakkanai, Hokkaido during the peak season from June to August is aged using special ice-temperature drying methods. Hokkaido's Atka mackerel is huge, thick, and extremely fatty! It has a fluffy and soft texture, and the meat is soft and easy to fall apart, making it easy for small children to eat.

A public viewing (PV) of the National High School Ekiden to be held in Kyoto City will be held on December 24th at Sera Roadside Station in Kawajiri, Sera Town.
The boys' time was 2 hours, 7 minutes, 17 seconds, making it their 53rd time in 20 years, and the girls' time was 1 hour, 10 minutes, 16 seconds, making it their 18th time in a row.
This is the 15th consecutive year that both men and women have participated.
The event will be broadcast completely live on a large screen installed at Roadside Station Sera.
Let's deliver hot cheer to Miyakooji!

Each bottle costs 150 yen, and you will be harvesting it yourself, so please come dressed in clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

On the day of the event, we will also be selling Chinese cabbage and new rice.
