We use European grape varieties that produce a variety of wine styles.
Pursuing the various possibilities of European grape varieties grown in Sera Town, we are developing the quality and quality suitable for aging.
We only attempt brewing in years when we have a good harvest.

What is the “Hyakka” series?
In order to bring out the maximum potential of each Sera grape variety,

"Tea making taught by Kobo Daishi"

It is said that the people who introduced tea to Japan were monks such as Saicho and Kukai who went to China as envoys to the Tang Dynasty.
Historic Site of Sera Now, as Mt. Koya celebrates its 1200th anniversary, why not recreate the tea of the time and think about what it tasted like and what role it played?
The person who will be teaching us is Mr. Genki Takahashi of Tea Factory Gen.
First, you will pick tea at a tea plantation in Sera, then move to a tea factory where you will be taught how to make tea.

<Assembly・Disband>
Meet at 10:00 at a tea plantation in Sera Town (address will be notified after application. Arrival by public transportation is not possible)

<Schedule>
10:00-12:00 Tea picking at the tea plantation
12:00-13:00 Move to tea factory, lunch break
13:00-16:00 Explanation of the tea factory, comparison of current tea production and the tea (mochi tea) production at that time, tea manufacturing work
