Announcement of limited pre-order sales of Megumi Sweet Corn

Multi day event
June 21, 2024
    ~While stocks last
Sera Roadside Station

\When you bite into it, the sweetness fills your mouth./

The variety is called "Gravis" and is the result of crossbreeding between the flavorful and fragrant Mielcorn and the fruity, white and sweet Pure White.

Generally, a fruit with a sugar content of 15 degrees is labeled as "very sweet," but Gravis is actually quite sweet, with a sugar content of 18 to 20 degrees.

(By the way, melon is 16% alcohol.)

It is true that because of its sweetness, it is difficult to cultivate and is subject to great damage from pests, diseases, wild boars, and raccoon dogs.

Enjoy these sweet varieties, made without the use of chemical fertilizers, careful soil preparation, and no herbicides, all of whose employees put their love into producing these exquisite products.

● Recommended way to eat

First of all, please enjoy the raw ingredients.

Leave one thin layer of skin and microwave for 3 minutes or steam for 5 minutes!

(By leaving the thin skin on, the sweetness and nutrients are not lost.)

Enjoy the whole, fluffy and tender piece.

●How to save

The sweetness of the sweet corn will decrease rapidly, so eat it as soon as you receive it!

If you have any leftovers, cook them and store them. Or, leave the skin on and wrap them in plastic wrap, stand them upright, and store them in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator.
